What matters for your certified translation
For a general confirmation or certificate, its exact title, issuer and intended use help identify the category. Include attachments or reverse sides where they belong to the required record.
Tell us the exact document title and purpose rather than choosing a record by a general label alone. Include the full text, stamps and relevant reverse sides. For a name change, the existing Deed Poll guide explains that particular document; it does not replace the recipient’s requirements for other records.
See the certified translation service and choose the actual document languages. Our academic document guide and Deed Poll guide explain related document types.

How to get your certified translation
Choose languages and document
Choose the source and target languages and the document type for your free initial estimate.
Provide complete files
Send legible pages, including reverse sides, stamps and annotations. Tell us the recipient’s requirements and your preferred deadline.
Check the price and confirm
Check the document type, volume and VAT. The estimate alone does not place an order; you commission the translation only when you confirm it.
Understanding the price and delivery
Certified-translation prices depend on the document type, number of pages and language pair. We agree special format, additional-service or delivery requirements before you place an order. Your individual estimate determines the price for your assignment.
Your original certified translation is sent by post, with standard postal delivery included free. Please agree any additional digital copy and fixed delivery deadline with us beforehand.
Payment on account
Receive your translation first, check it and then pay by invoice.
Free postal delivery
Standard postal delivery of your certified translation is free. Please discuss any special delivery requirements with us beforehand.
Personal advice
We help before, during and after your translation by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Certified translation and personal support
An appropriately sworn or authorized translator signs and stamps the translation to confirm its accuracy and completeness. Tell us the language, document and intended use so that we can check the suitable service.
The receiving institution determines its requirements. A certified translation does not replace certification of a copy or an apostille that may be needed separately. Check the required form beforehand and send us the instructions with your documents.
Your contact is in a language, Sailerwöhr 16, 94032 Passau. Send your documents online from anywhere in Germany. We treat your files confidentially and discuss any open questions with you personally.

Questions about your certified translation
What information do you need for a certificate without a listed category?
Provide the issuer, title, source and target languages, and recipient. The complete file lets us check the appropriate translation service and volume.
Is a scan or photograph enough to start?
A complete, legible digital copy is usually enough to begin. Avoid reflections and cropped edges. Please check special requirements or the need for originals with us and the receiving institution beforehand.
How are the price and delivery determined?
Document type, page count and language pair determine the price basis. The initial online estimate is free, instant and available without registration. Your original certified translation is sent by post; please agree any additional digital copy and fixed deadline with us.
Will every institution accept the translation?
The receiving institution determines the form required. Send its instructions with your files. A language or regional variant is not a universal promise of acceptance by every institution in Germany or abroad.
