We have an automatic system that counts the number of words in the documents. Due to the large number of different file formats and other technical limitations, the count may be slightly inaccurate.

To avoid delays in your order, please check the number of words and adjust them if necessary. Before our proofreaders start the proofreading, we always check the correct number of words in your texts

At any rate, you will only pay for the actual number of words proofread!

Can I have a completed translation checked?

Yes. To check completeness and accurate meaning, we need the translation and the original. Identify the files clearly and explain which version should be checked in the notes field.

What if the detected word count is incorrect?

Check and correct the displayed total. Automatic counting can be inaccurate, especially for images and scans. Online calculation starts at 90 words; contact us for personal advice about shorter texts.

Does calculating the price place an order?

No. The initial estimate is free and requires no registration. Review your details and price before adding the service to your cart. You complete the actual order at checkout.
